LabCup
The University has introduced a chemical inventory management system called LabCup.
Our aim is to have all hazardous chemicals and any chemical, which must be declared under one of the annual compliance returns, logged on the system.
It is the responsibility of each academic researcher/PI to ensure their chemical inventory is maintained and kept up to date, with the addition of new stock and disposal of unwanted/exhausted items.
LabCup can be accessed through the following link: https://manchester.uk.labcup.net/
There is a LabCup Wiki users guide that includes searchable content on how to use LabCup with monthly summaries of any software updates.
Additionally there are a series of walkthrough guidance notes to help navigate the software.
Further information regarding how to logon to the software and individual chemicals that should be included, can be found in the FAQs section.
