For each building on campus used by staff and students, there are dedicated Building User Groups (BUGS) are designed to ensure that colleagues are kept up to date with developments, and estates projects that impact their building and provide a forum for representatives to offer suggestions, identify emerging issues, share user insights and experiences to propose practical solutions to make changes where needed.

To ensure they are as effective as possible the BUGs Feedback Form can be used to collect valuable feedback from staff and students. We want to hear from you regarding any ongoing or persistent issues in your building, any accessibility requirements that are currently not being met, or any health and safety concerns you’d like to raise.  

This feedback will be collated and will form the basis of the agendas for Building User Group meetings with communications sent out following each meeting to ensure that your feedback is responded to and acted upon.  

Building User Groups meetings are held quarterly, upcoming dates, subject to members availability, are listed below and a link to the form will be circulated ahead of the meeting so that your feedback can be captured and included in the meeting.
