Our international research partnerships extend to include PhD programmes. Providing coordinated and collaborative activity ensures that our next generation of academics receive the best training.

We offer several flagship PhD programmes that are open to international research students. We also offer funding through country-specific schemes such as the China Scholarship Scheme, Conacyt, Conicyt, Colciencias, Pronabec and Commonwealth PhD Scholarships.

In addition to our funded PhD programmes, the Faculty of Biology, Medicine and Health provides funding options from internal and external sources for our postgraduate research applicants:
