Directorate Management Teams (DMTs)
Directorate Management Teams (DMT) support managers across their Directorate and encourage consistency, communication, innovation and a collective responsibility for the management of the Directorate.
DMTs work with Library Leadership Team to manage cross Library activity and operational proposals that have an impact beyond the Directorate.
