Branded clothing

We are reviewing branded clothing and will update this page shortly. If you need to order any branded clothing items or have any questions, please contact the Executive Office based in Blue 1.15 of the Main Library.

To ensure Library staff are visible and available to support our customers during our busiest times, all staff are asked to wear branded clothing during all promotional activity, such as Get Started and Exam Extra, and when participating in special events such as Open Days.

Our most customer-focused staff - colleagues in Customer Services, Document Supply, Collection Care, Handling and Transport, Visitor Engagement and Facilities - are asked to wear Library-branded clothing during all of their working hours.

What's available and how to order

A wide range of branded clothing is available to Library staff and allocations have been suggested for staff wearing the clothing during all working hours and those wearing the clothing during promotional activity.

Please download a copy of the form and save it locally before sending it to be processed – and make sure you access LibraryConnect using Internet Explorer 11.

Samples of clothing are available to try on before placing an order. Please contact to arrange to view and try on items.

Leaving the Library

Staff permanently leaving the Library or University should return their items of clothing the Library Office Blue 1.8, Main Library for recycling.
