Library All-Staff Meetings
Library All-Staff meetings are an opportunity for Library colleagues to come together to hear updates on key strategic projects, and share news and developments from across the Library.
You can expect to hear from Library Executive and Leadership Team regularly, and each meeting includes a Q&A section. We follow the meeting with the chance to catch up with colleagues over tea and coffee.
Frequency
Meetings are scheduled approximately once every six weeks depending on speaker and venue availability.
Venue
We use Crawford House Theatre 1 as our venue whenever possible. This is located on the ground floor of Crawford House, a few minutes from the Library Staff Hub on the first floor of Crawford House.

Recording
Please note All-Staff meetings are recorded and uploaded to YouTube as unlisted videos. The video will mainly focus on presenters, however audio from the room such as audience questions may be captured by the recording.

Submit a presentation
We welcome presentation submissions from all Library colleagues. Presentations may range from a brief ten minute overview to a more in-depth 20 to 30 minute session. Submitted proposals will be reviewed, and applicants will be contacted promptly to confirm further details.
