Projects and Business Analysis
The Projects and Business Analysis team ensures the portfolio of strategic and operational activities align with Library and University priorities through the delivery of large cross-library activity and business intelligence reporting from a variety of systems and data sources. We work with Directorates on the development and monitoring of operational plans, manage projects and support colleagues with planning, analysis, projects and change management activities.
