The Library Operational Plan is used to capture all change activity undertaken within the Library and to show progress towards Imagine 2030.
The Projects and Business Analysis team
- support quarterly review meetings and optional away days and planning sessions;
- advise on team level activity and resource plans.
Plans are reviewed quarterly at Directorate and Leadership Team level with an annual report provided to Library Executive Team on the status of Imagine 2030 lead priority areas.
Directorate operational plans and an operational planning process diagram are available to view in the UOM-LIB-All-Library-Staff Team: Operational Planning and Projects channel. A Power BI dashboard using data from the operational plans is available via the Library Planning app.
