Making changes to existing roles

A new PCM for making changes to existing roles (sections 2 & 3 only) is now available for you to use (find guidance here on how to complete it).

Managers are required to complete the form to notify People and OD Operations of all authorised post and contract changes including:

  • contract extension
  • change to FTE
  • funding code change
  • honorarium/market supplement
  • other contractual or post changes
