Working with the Inclusive Technology Working Group and Disabled Staff Network, I helped make M365 PowerPoint captions switch on by default. This small change will improve access for thousands who are deaf, neurodivergent or non-native English speakers."

To address this, I worked with colleagues to launch Decolonising the Curriculum, producing a practical toolkit, piloting training and supporting staff and student projects. A Community of Practice now brings people together to share approaches and embed decolonial thinking across the University.”
