Fire Arrangements
Fire Alarm	Two Stage Alarm	Intermittent alarm (staff to be on standby for evacuation) Continuous alarm (staff to evacuate buildings following fire evacuation plan / signage to local assembly points)
Fire Alarm Test Time	Main Building Areas: Fire alarms are tested at 09:00 weds morning at weekly intervals NIHR Building / Medical Evaluation Unit: Fire alarms are tested at 14:00 weds afternoon at weekly intervals
Assembly Points		Refer to local signage for assembly points
Evacuation	On hearing a continuous alarm you MUST EXIT the building IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT wait to be asked to leave.	Fire Evacuation Marshals will "sweep" the building on their way out
First Aid Arrangements
Contact First Aid	Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm	There are designated trained UoM staff in both the ERC / NWLRC areas. In clinical areas we have medical support for patients (on call medical staff at all times)
AED / Defibrillators	Crash Team - x 2222	Access to clinical support (crash team) call x2222 and state it's a cardiac arrest and the location. For paediatric / adult / pregnancy. AED Locations - interactive campus map
