To develop strategy to support our diverse profile of students through transition into, success within and successful progression on from or within HE.
To ensure strategic initiatives bring in diverse student voices, and colleagues and students are supported to co-create solutions where every student has an equal opportunity to reach their potential.
To lead Faculty drives to address manifestations of unfair discrimination in both our curricula and culture.
