- To develop strategy to support our diverse profile of students through transition into, success within and successful progression on from or within HE.
- To ensure strategic initiatives bring in diverse student voices, and colleagues and students are supported to co-create solutions where every student has an equal opportunity to reach their potential.
- To lead Faculty drives to address manifestations of unfair discrimination in both our curricula and culture.
