Audit of Library blogs and social media channels

Help us maintain an effective and secure Library online presence.

As part of our ongoing effort to maintain an effective and secure Library online presence, we are currently conducting an audit of all our Library related blogs and social media channels.

The aim of the audit is to create a central, up-to-date list of Library channels and content owners which will help us manage and protect our online assets. It will also help protect the Library from potential future cyber-attacks on historic Library channels (eg. legacy blogs).

Updating our records

We’d be very grateful if Library teams could provide the Digital Development Team with links to any department blogs or social media channels that they manage. This includes any historical blogs or channels that are no longer used but may still be active. This will enable us to update our records and ensure that we have an accurate inventory of the Library’s online presence.

Please note that we only require links to team or department channels and not any individual social media accounts.

Submitting blogs and social media channels

Please submit URLs of any blogs or social media channels to Kristian Scott by 1 May 2023 and feel free to get in touch if you have any questions or concerns.

We appreciate your help with this important piece of work which will help us to maintain the security of our digital channels.
