Dr Rachel Cowen, University Lead for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, and Director of the Centre for Academic and Researcher Development, and Cath Prescott, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Partner, will present a summary of the progress we have made together highlighting where further and faster improvement is needed to ensure we are gaining the full contribution from all our colleagues.
