Share a document/file |
Share documents and files and refrain from sending them in emails as attachments where possible. You must also ensure you have the correct permissions set so the recipients can view and edit as required. |
Saving documents/files |
Please save in OneDrive and refrain from using the P and S Drive. It is also worth noting that Sharepoint (also known as Library Connect) will be migrated to Sharepoint Online over summer 2023. |
Creating a Team |
The University are managing the number of Teams being created but please consider other options before requesting a Team. Before you apply see the current list of Library Teams and how to name your Team. |
