Your Performance and Development Review (P&DR)

Performance and Development Review (PDR) meetings are the single most important way in which the University ensures that every individual can perform to the best of their abilities and fulfil their professional aims and ambitions.

Last year we introduced a two-step process to PDR in the Library to create additional reflection time to consider our roles, future objectives and training and development needs. We will continue with this approach as the feedback from colleagues was very positive.

The Library's PDR guidance and supporting documentation has been updated and is now available on the Library intranet. Our PDR window is between November 2022 and January 2023 so please ensure all meetings have taken place and final reviews have been uploaded to the online system by Tuesday, 31 January.

We have an accessible PDR form which you can use instead of the standard form. Please complete and upload to the PDR system as instructed in the PDR Guidance for Library Staff.
