Early career researchers – Collaboration Labs consultancy opportunities
14 Jan 2021
Collaborate with partners in law, business, arts, digital, education, sustainable food and more.
The Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC) funded Collaboration Labs programme supports research consultancy opportunities, professional training and bespoke coaching for postgraduate and early career researchers interested in co-designing collaborative projects with non-University partners.
Researchers will develop consultancy skills and use their PhD to achieve impact outside academia, gaining greater insight into the challenges facing organisations in their field, while extending their professional networks and building a Research Consultant profile.
The programme offers paid opportunities to work as an Associate Research Consultant on a researcher-led project, designed by researchers and a business partner of their choice or, as part of an interdisciplinary team, on one of a number of partner-led Business Challenges.
The programme is open to:
- Humanities postgraduate and early career researchers who can identify their research as at least 51% Social Sciences;
- Arts and Humanities Research Council/North West Consortium Doctoral Training Partnership and Economic and Social Research Council/ North West Social Science Doctoral Training Partnership funded postgraduate researchers, of any discipline.
The deadline is 11.59pm, 19 January 2021.
