Part of the work she does is to run an online membership for The Happiness Club, which is designed to help people deal with and overcome things like stress, anxiety and depression as well as simply learn how to proactively look after their mental wellbeing on a daily basis. Members receive direct access to Jo and a team of Happiness Club trainers to discuss any issues they may be having plus we run live webinars and members receive a daily message containing a tool or strategy for them to implement that day, they can receive the daily message via email, Facebook or The Happiness Club App. Jo is offering you the opportunity in August for a one month free trial of the club.
