Register for Wellbeing Week – it’s really easy to do!

Wellbeing Week is on the way and this year it's bigger than ever, with more activities, more days and more opportunities to get involved.

Most of the activities work on a drop-in basis so all you need to do is register once via the website, print out your four tickets and then decide what you want to go along to.

For the 'book in advance' sessions, there is an easy-to-follow online booking system.
