£1M UMIP Proof of Principle Fund - Graphene/Advanced Materials

Call for Proposals open until 14 September 2012.
A Call for Proposals is now open for novel Proof-of-Principle (PoP) projects which have a Graphene (or other advanced material) aspect and which could likely lead to applications, new materials or new processes which will have practical industrial (or consumer) use.
Projects should be six to 12 months in duration and be between £25,000 - £100,000 in funding request (excluding overheads).
The closing date for applications is Friday 14 September 2012.
Successful applicants will be notified by mid-November.
