The Staff Training and Development Unit is delighted to invite applications for the Manchester Middle Managers' development programme: Managing in the Round.
Managing in the Round is an integrated management development programme aimed at 'middle managers' - likely to be working in administrative grades, and academic equivalents, at levels 5/6 to 7/8. In other words, it is aimed at those operating above 'first line supervisor/manager' level with major defined operational and staff responsibilities.
There are cohorts starting in October and November in 2012 and February and April in 2013.
