All members of staff are eligible to take part as a mentee or a mentor.
Jointly run by the MLP, Careers & Employability Division and the Staff Training and Development Unit since 2002, Manchester Gold Staff aims to develop University staff by linking them with experienced colleagues.
Any member of staff, whether academic, technical or administrative, can participate. Take part as a mentee to further your own career development, or as a mentor to gain further skills and the satisfaction of helping a colleague. It is also a great way of networking with people from across the institution. A programme of supporting workshops will be available to all participants.
