"Managing Your Staff" course available at STDU

Life-long learning and the continuous development of staff is an important issue for organisations such as the University, which are subject to continuous change. This course enables managers to consider ways of identifying and meeting the development needs of staff (in addition to training courses) and discuss ways of building a positive learning environment at work.
