The next Chairing and Leading Meetings course will run at STDU on Thursday 11 February, 10am-1pm.

Are there times when discussions get out of control? Do your meetings overrun? This short session aims to brush up your skills and to help you get the best from your meetings. Topics covered will include how to draw up an agenda and structure a meeting, how to open discussions and gain useful contributions and how to ensure the most effective use of time.
