Severe weather update

GMPTE is advising passengers of serious disruptions to bus and tram services due to the severe weather conditions. Passengers are advised not to travel except for the most essential journeys.

Bus services today are extremely limited, with very few services running.

Metrolink services are not running on the Eccles line due to the heavy snow. There is currently a direct service running on the Altrincham-Bury line, with trams departing approximately every 12 minutes. Piccadilly is not being served.
