Course for new first line supervisors/managers at the University
The STDU is pleased to announce a new course – ‘Making the Right Start’ This programme is designed to provide new first line supervisors/managers with a 'first step' introduction to a management programme which will enable them to recognise the key facets of their management role and approach their jobs with confidence and competence.

Core components consist of a total of 7.5 days formal training with three action learning group sessions spread over a five month period. The full programme is available online.
