Celebrated Lebanese writer Hanan Al-Shaykh in Manchester on 5 March.
We are delighted to welcome you to an evening on Arabic literature on 5 March 2008 (5-7pm).
Our guest speaker is the celebrated Lebanese writer Hanan al-Shaykh, who will be talking about her fiction in conversation with Dr. Anastasia Valassoupoulos (English and American Studies) and Dr. Dalia Mostafa (Middle Eastern Studies).
The event is to take place at the Manchester Central Library (the Committee Room, 2nd floor - admission free).
This event is organised by the Centre for the Advanced Study of the Arab World (CASAW) in cooperation with Middle Eastern Studies and the Manchester Central Library.
