What are the benefits of yoga?

Yoga can improve sleep, reduce stress and anxiety, improve flexibility and strength, improve everyday posture and release muscular tension. There are various types of yoga, some that get your heart pumping and some that relax you, but all types of yoga do help clear busy minds and immerse you in the practice.

We still have some spaces left for our yoga classes this semester - on both Zoom and in the Wellbeing Rooms, Simon Building.
