Lifestyle and local discounts

With our new Cycle to Work employee benefit via Vivup, you will be able to access savings of up to 37%* on bikes, high-vis clothing and safety accessories to ensure you’re all set for your commute to work! With Vivup’s Payroll Pay®, you can spread the cost of your items through monthly salary reductions, with no credit checks. Full details available on StaffNet.

Lifestyle savings

You are now able to access lifestyle savings from our health and wellbeing partner Vivup. This new platform brings together key benefits, discounts and wellbeing services, so that you can be more easily signposted to the information and support you need.

To access these savings, you must register on vivup.co.uk - you can simply register with your University or personal email address. You will need to enter your employee/payroll number when registering - you can find this on your payslip online or staff ID card.

Local discounts

All the University’s local discounts can also be found on the Vivup platform. Once registered go to “local benefits” on the blue lifestyle benefits column to access your old favourites such as Totum, Cotswold Outdoors, Snow+Rock, Serious Cycle Scheme and new local benefits such as Watch Pilot, Vorganised and Mimosa Flowers. 

The Hotpoint Whirlpool Privilege Club is a members only scheme, offering exclusive pricing on over 850 different appliances including three great brands to choose from, Whirlpool, Hotpoint & Indesit. Products range from washing machines, refrigeration, cookers and dishwashers to Hotpoint’s Small Domestic Appliance range. Juicers, kettles, toasters etc. All appliances are prediscounted via the Privilege Club and this month there is an extra 25% off.

WestEndTheatre.com are now launching a weekly promotion "Show of the Week". Each week, they will have a show featured with special pricing. The promotion launches today with the smash-hit multi-award winning musical Jersey Boys. Great seats are available at £25 & £45. Wellbeing

Managing Work-Life Balance

This 60 minute workshop on Zoom will help you uncover tech­niques for enabling healthy work balances and managing bounda­ries, including how to do whilst working from home. Sessions available on Thursday 14th (11am-12.30pm) or Tuesday 19th (1-2.30pm).

The University has recently announced the return of face to face exercises classes in the Simon Building,  Book your Be Active Class today.

World Mental Health Day

The 10th October, is World Mental Health Day, a global day for mental health educa­tion, awareness and advocacy against social stigma. Mark the day by starting a conversation about mental health.   It could be with a friend, on social media or on a blog space. The charity Mind has information on How to Get Involved
