Spaces available: leading hybrid teams for managers workshop

As part of the Professional Services pilot of hybrid working, we are pleased to introduce a new learning and development opportunity for managers leading newly hybrid teams
Join our expert external facilitator in small groups to discuss how hybrid working is working for you. There are spaces still available on Tuesday, 5 October. These 90 minute workshops will provide time to:
- Learn from each other
- Share experiences of managing hybrid teams in practice
- Explore challenges and support each other in identifying solutions.
These sessions will take place twice a month, starting from October, and managers are invited to book on one or more sessions to help support their development.
