Tournaments and competitions on 27 January at Armitage Sports Centre.
SPORT are organising an activity day to get everyone back into action after the Christmas holidays! We'll be running tournaments and competitions throughout the day for anyone to take part in as well as having "Re-fresher" information stands for you to find out about sport, health and fitness opportunities in semester two.
So what do you need to know? Well&
- Who: All staff and students are welcome, sporty or non-sporty, just get involved!
- When: Sunday 27 January (10am to 5pm)
- Where: Armitage Sports Centre, Fallowfield
- Cost: £5 per player (although information stands in main hall will be free to access)
- Entry: Register at SPORT-Head Office from Monday 7 January to 4pm on Wednesday 23 January.

What's on offer?
- "Speed-rounders" tournament (7-a-side)
- Football tournament (5-a-side)
- Volleyball tournament (3-a-side)
Also, pit your skills against others in a series of challenges, including a Football penalty shootout, Hockey penalty shootout and a time-trial obstacle course - each of which will be £1 per person for three attempts with prizes for winners and all proceeds will be donated to charity.
