Promote the Law Fair to students or graduates interested in a legal career

28 Oct 2016

Encourage students to come along to our annual Law Fair at Manchester Central Convention Centre

Organised by The Careers Service, The Law Fair on Tuesday, 15 November (12.30-4pm) is ideal for any student or graduate interested in a career in the legal sector, from both law and non-law courses. Students will have the opportunity to speak to firms of solicitors about their opportunities for vacancy placements and training contracts, discuss law courses with training providers and to find out about careers at the Bar or other areas of Law.

Over 100 exhibitors will be there this year, from solicitors and course providers to professional legal bodies such as the Bar, Young Legal Aid Lawyers and The Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.

Publicising the event

Please ensure that students from both law and non-law degrees are aware of the fair as an opportunity to:

  • find out general information about careers in the legal profession;
  • make personal contact with representatives working in the sector, and find out about placements and vacancies;
  • get advice and pick up literature from professional bodies.

We have printed flyers and posters available, as well as digital marketing materials such as slides for presentations and web signage to be used on digital screens. If you would like to use any of these, please contact:
