Many of you may already use Dropbox for Business, but if you’ve never come across it before Dropbox for Business lets you securely share large files and folders with colleagues who are external to the University.

We wanted to make it as easy as possible for you to collaborate with our partners, businesses and colleagues across the world but at the same time make sure you were doing it safely and securely. That’s why we’ve put in place a contract with Dropbox that helps us to protect the information shared so it’s safe and secure and compliant with data protection laws.

It’s arriving in October. With one terabyte of space as standard per account and live 24 / 7 support, it’s free, fast and available to anyone who needs to collaborate externally.

  • Access to all your files from web, desktop and mobile devices
