Blackboard Courses and Organisations: Activation and enrolment delays

Since 29 July there are delays in newly activated courses appearing in Blackboard, and enrolments on the courses are also delayed
New Blackboard organisations and enrolments are not being processed. Work is ongoing to fix the problem, and we will post an update when it is resolved.
