Problems with file storage affecting network storage and managed desktop PCs

We're aware of a problem affecting the network storage.

Update 4 - 12:35pm on Thursday 17 March 2016

Services remained stable overnight and we consider the incident to be resolved. The supplier is analysing the system logs to prevent a recurrence. A suspected cause is already being investigated.


Update 3 - 4.35pm on Wednesday 16 March 2016

If you're still having problems accessing services, we advise you to try a reboot, or logging out and back in again.


Update 2 - 4.05pm on Wednesday 16 March 2016

Services are being restored, but they should be considered 'at risk' while we investigate this further. We'll continue to keep you updated.


Update 1 - 3.40pm on Wednesday 16 March 2016:

The suppliers are analysing system logs and continuing to work on this incident as a high priority.

This is affecting access to personal network storage (P:drives), some shared drives and some aspects of the Managed Desktop.

We're investigating this as a matter of urgency and will post updates on the Service Notification System
