Listserv mailing list service is being upgraded

At the start of December, the upgrade to Listserv will bring benefits to list owners and people subscribed to the various lists.

One difference you will notice if you are a list owner or you login to change your subscriptions settings is that you will use your University email address and University password to login to listserv (the new log-in page is shown right).

However, the email addresses will all remain the same and list archives will still be available.

The upgrade itself will take place on Wednesday, 4 December, starting at 8am.

During the upgrade, you will not be able to access the listserv system. Email can still be sent to the list addresses but it will be held until the service is fully available again, at which time the message will be distributed.

The upgrade is expected to take about four hours but the service should be considered ‘at risk’ all day.
