Downsize in 2014 with this specially-tailored high-intensity training at affordable prices

Uni Fit session

Uni Fit personal trainer Mike Pearce runs a programme of lunchtime and evening group personal training sessions on campus.

Open to University staff and students alike, the sessions are available to groups of up to six and involve metabolic high-intensity training, designed to burn fat and maximise weight loss potential.

Sackville Street Building - Wellbeing Room H11

  • Tuesday and Thursday (12.15pm-1pm)
  • Friday (5.15pm-6pm)

Dover Street Building - Wellbeing Room

  • Monday, Wednesday and Friday (12.15-1pm, 4.15-5pm and 5.15-6pm on all three days)

Mike says: "The classes are open to all abilities, with a mix of beginners and keep fit veterans currently taking part. With a monthly payment plan and sessions starting from £5, it’s an affordable way to get results whilst having support from your own specialist personal trainer.”
