Uni Fit small group training sessions

Uni Fit

Uni Fit is currently running lunchtime and evening group personal training sessions at both Dover Street and Sackville Street Buildings.

Dover Street Building - Wellbeing Room

  • Monday and Friday (12.15 to 1pm)
  • Monday, Wednesday and Friday (4.15 to 5pm)
  • Monday and Wednesday (5.15 to 6pm)

Sackville Street Building - Wellbeing Room H11

  • Wednesday (12.15 to 1pm)

Open to University staff and students alike, these sessions are available to groups of up to six and involve metabolic high-intensity training, designed to burn fat and maximise weight loss potential. 

Personal Trainer, Mike Pearce, says the classes are open to all abilities with a mix of beginners and keep fit veterans currently taking part. “With a monthly payment plan and sessions starting from £5, it’s an affordable way to get results whilst having support from your own specialist personal trainer.”
