UK Government lockdown announcement

Staff will be informed of eventual return to campus well in advance. UPDATED 10/5/20
Following this evening's announcement on lockdown guidance by the prime minister we are working hard to ensure that we are ready for a safe and timely return to the campus. As mentioned in our FAQs, updated on Thursday, 7 May, the return to campus will be phased and in accordance with Government advice and guidance.
We have a dedicated group working on the many safety measures we will need to implement before more people can return to campus. Staff and students will receive guidance on the arrangements involved in their return to campus well in advance of the return date. For now, the University's arrangements for staff working on campus remain unchanged.
