FoodOnCampus has 28 coffee shops, cafes and restaurants in various buildings across campus, these include the vegetarian/vegan Greenhouse Cafe. If you sign up for FoodInAdvance this allows you to top up your Staff ID Card with money to spend in the FoodonCampus outlets located across campus and Source Cafe in Fallowfield - and save 10% on your purchases.

From 7th - 14th July, Drayton Manor will be hosting exclusive showings of the brand new Thomas & Friends Digs & Discoveries Specials before they air. Fitness and outdoors

For those who don’t have the opportunity to access the University’s wellbeing and fitness spaces, there are a number of other fitness and outdoor UniDiscounts. Nuffield Printworks Gym has an offer that if you join today the rest of July is free (subject to a £20 activation fee). The ongoing offer  for staff is reduced rate gym membership. By joining the Manchester Printworks site as your home club, for no additional cost you can enjoy multi-site access to use our other Tier 3 fitness centres. So, if you live closer to our other sites, like Liverpool or Chester for example, you can join through the Manchester Printworks site to receive the discount. You can also "Jump a tier" and pay a slightly higher rate membership to be able to access Tier 2 centres (e.g. Manchester Didsbury).

Save an extra 20% off this month with the Hotpoint Privilege Club that gives you access to Whirlpool, Hotpoint, Indesit and Kitchen Aid brands. If you visit the Travel UniDiscounts you can save on leading brands. Super Break and Hotel Exclusives have extra special offers on this week. Wellbeing

There is still time to book on the Wholeness Summer Special Vitamin D Yoga and Lunch on the Lawn at St Peter’s House on Thursday 4th July. Half an hour of yoga followed by a delicious lunch from 'Milk and Honey' in their hidden garden. Fee is £6. Booking essential. Please email office@stpeters.org.uk

Why not take half an hour to step away from your desk to breathe, stretch and relax for Mindful Movement and Meditation every Tuesday until the end of August in the Wholeness Studio at St Peter’s House. Free and open to all. As they are a registered charity the suggested donation is £1-£2.

The Confucius Institute is offering two drop-in sessions of Tai Chi on 5th and 9th July Courtyard outside the Lime Cafe, Samuel Alexander Building at 1pm and lasts 30-40 minutes.  Free to drop in. Full details for this and other wellbeing activities can be found on the staff wellbeing calendar

The Be Active Summer programme launches on the 8th July until the end of August. There are class for beginners right up to high intensity workouts!
