Important information to pass on to students graduating in December.

Students must register online by 30 November and order gowns by 23 November.
By now all students expecting to graduate in September should have received a notification email to alert them to log on to student system and register their intention to attend a ceremony in December.

If you have students expecting to graduate who have not yet received an email, please ask them to look at these sites and complete online registration no later than 30 November. Students who do not complete the online graduation process by this date will not be able to attend a ceremony in December.

For students who have completed but are not able to attend the ceremonies in December the University will provide a pre-departure photography service. This allows students to get their official photographs taken prior to leaving. This service will take place on 28 and 29 November in the Whitworth Committee Room A from 10am until 4pm. Students can select from a wide variety of photographs all reasonably priced with the gown hire for the session being free of charge. Students are encouraged to dress smartly for this and are also permitted to bring friends and family.
