Information about issues accessing My Manchester

Update 4 (2.05pm, Friday 22 July)

After close monitoring since My Manchester was restored yesterday afternoon, we have encountered no more problems and consider the issue resolved.

Update 3 (4.15pm, Thursday 21 July)

My Manchester is returning to service, however we still have some more investigations to complete before we consider the issue completely resolved. We understand the impact this has had on people wanting to use the services on My Manchester, and thank you for bearing with us while we restore services.

If you still see the error message after refreshing your web browser, you may need to clear its cache. Information about how to do that can be found on the Knowledge Base .

Further work needs to take place to resolve the issue. As before, the links below can be used to directly access key services.

There are currently issues affecting access to My Manchester.

IT Services have identified the problem and a fix is under way.

Services such as Blackboard, email, timetables and the Campus Solutions Student System are unaffected, and can be accessed directly:
