Emails from the Staff Training catalogue are no longer delayed
A StaffNet article published on Thursday 8 October stated that confirmation and reminder emails were not being sent out by the staff training catalogue.
Our investigation found that the emails had been sent, but were in a queue, causing them to be delayed for a up to two days. If an email is in the queue for more than two days, it will not be delivered, meaning there is a small possibility that some emails were not received.
No booking information should have been lost, but you can view your records of training courses on My Manchester to confirm details of your course applications:
