Develop your speaking, writing and collaboration skills with training and resources focused on the following themes:
Themes
- Improving presentation, facilitation, and public speaking abilities.
- Developing effective writing, copywriting, and editing skills.
- Enhancing collaboration, teamwork, and relationship-building.
- Communicating assertively.
- Negotiation and influencing skills.
These themes were identified as priorities for Library staff via anonymised analysis of Learning Development plans completed during the PDR process in 2024. Learning and development resources have been identified and made available in recognition of these areas of interest and priority for Library colleagues.
