Library Induction Toolkit

The Library has developed its own toolkit to help you with staff induction. The toolkit will guide you through the induction process step-by-step, providing you with all the information you need, and clarity on action to take to ensure a smooth, effective and welcoming induction.

If you are a new colleague, your line manager will plan and manage your induction. There is no need for you to start this on your own.
