Staff IT Support Desk relocating from Kilburn Building to Main Library

Starting Monday 24 November 2025 the Staff IT Support Desk will temporarily relocate from the Kilburn Building to Main Library. This change will remain in place until September 2026, to accommodate a major refurbishment of the Kilburn Building.
New Location and Support Arrangements
Staff will be based in the Support Zone on the Ground Floor of Main Library working alongside our Student Digital Support colleagues. In person support will be available Monday – Friday 8.00am-5.00pm. University staff and students can also refer to the IT online support.
When working away from the desk, IT support staff will be based in the Blue Ground Staff Hub.
Library staff should continue to access IT support via the Library Digital Support Team.
A Professional Services Collaboration
This relocation forms a significant Professional Services (PS) collaboration to ensure high-quality support during the refurbishment, fostering stronger working relationships between IT Services and the Library.
