Reflecting on Imagine2030

Over the summer, Library Management Group took time to reflect on our Imagine2030 vision and its impact. We're proud of what we've achieved together:

  • Strong foundations built: Our pillar structure gave us clarity and direction, helping every team see how their work contributes to our shared mission
  • Resilience through change: I30 provided a consistent story during periods of significant organisational transformation
  • Inclusive approach: The vision successfully engaged colleagues across all areas, from day-to-day operations to innovative new projects
  • Clear progress: Our annual reporting process made everyone's valuable contributions visible and celebrated

We also learned important lessons that we think will shape Imagine2035, including the need for greater simplicity, clearer reporting structures, and better alignment with University priorities.
