Repairs and spaces issues within the Library can come in all shapes, sizes and priorities. From broken electrical sockets to accessible door issues, most can be resolved by reporting them through our Library spaces report form.
Please note, the new reporting form is for all Library sites and off-site stores except the John Rylands Library and the Ahmed Iqbal Ullah Race Centre.

If you complete the form you will receive a confirmation email of your request. The Library Experience team will then take the necessary steps to ensure that repairs and maintenance are resolved with the University’s Estates team. The Library Experience team will be in touch to let you know once work has been completed. If you have any questions about your request, please reply to your confirmation email.
