A fully completed Risk Assessment must be filed with your division before any travel can be booked.

Air BnB accommodation is not bookable via Key Travel so cannot be used. All travel and accommodation MUST be booked via Key Travel. 

Members of staff who travel on University business and students who are required to travel for course-related work will be insured under the University travel insurance. More information can be found here.
