eLearning Team will help you to facilitate learning through the use of information and communications technology. eLearning provides the student with easy access to learning materials anywhere and at anytime. Student progress can be monitored and assessed and evaluation and feedback provided online. The eLearning team can:

• Provide pedagogical support for blended and on Campus teaching delivery.
• Learning and instructional design advice
• eLearning can cover a range of approaches, from the provision of basic support, to blended courses (a combination of both traditional and electronic methods), to courses that are delivered completely online.
• A variety of technologies may be used to support eLearning objectives. These technologies may include:
  • virtual learning environments (Blackboard);
  • web-based collaborative learning tools (discussion forums, file sharing);
  • computer based learning (tutorials, quizzes, video, sound);
  • presentation tools (Microsoft PowerPoint);
  • virtual classrooms with audio and videoconferencing (using communication via phone lines or the Web);
  • digital media (graphics, photographs, video, sound);
  • mobile and wireless tools (including mobile phones).
